Private equity-backed Cathedral and Talbot - a subsidiary of Bermudian reinsurer Validus - are suing music promoter AEG and Jackson LLC in the Superior Court of California, with a view to voiding AEG's non-appearance cover for Michael Jackson's cancelled 2009 comeback concerts.
