Casserley and Hearn trumpet continuity at Willis

Willis's new CEO and deputy CEO team of Dominic Casserley and Steve Hearn have talked up the virtues of continuity from the Joe Plumeri era.

Earlier today (17 October) Willis announced that McKinsey & Co senior partner Dominic Casserley would succeed Joe Plumeri as CEO of Willis from January 2013. Internal CEO candidate Hearn will become deputy CEO, while Plumeri will spend around half a year as non-executive chairman.

Both Casserley and Hearn praised Plumeri's achievements in his 12 years...
