Bermuda-domiciled Lancashire continued its record of active capital management by announcing a special cash dividend of $213mn, equivalent to $1.40 per share.
Meanwhile, the London market specialty carrier continued to redirect its portfolio away from property business and towards energy to reflect differential rating movements.
And the company also announced a senior management shake-up with its CUO joining the board and an appointment of a new CFO.
