BP Marsh shows interest in wholesale with US Risk deal
Niche UK private equity investor BP Marsh has gone into partnership with Randall Goss-led wholesaler US Risk Insurance through a significant investment in its Lloyd's broking house.
Brian Marsh's London-listed investment vehicle has purchased a 30 percent equity stake in NCG Professional Risks (NCG) with a £1.4mn cash injection.
BP Marsh will also invest an additional £1.95mn in the business to aid its expansion, subject to certain unspecified conditions.
