Arch ratings boosted
Ratings agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) has upgraded the insurer financial strength ratings on Arch Capital Group's insurance and reinsurance operating companies to A+ from A.
The agency praised the (re)insurer's underwriting track record for being less volatile than some of its fellow Bermudians.
At the same time, S&P lifted Arch's credit rating to A- from BBB+.
The outlook is stable on all ratings.
