Aon Alliant court filing
Aon has filed a suit against Alliant after more than 40 of its
staff including the CEO of Aon Construction Services Group Peter
Arkley moved across to the rival broker, The Insurance
Insider revealed.
Aon has moved to seek injunctive relief by filing with the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County in California.
In addition to Arkley and Alliant, executive vice presidents Michael Parizino and Ken Caldwell were named in the complaint.
