AJ Gallagher buys Penn-based benefits broker
Acquisitive US broker Arthur J Gallagher has agreed to purchase Triad USA, a Pennsylvania-based employee benefits brokerage that also offers consulting services.
Triad provides customised benefit plan analytics, design, network management, employee communication and ongoing services and support to middle-market clients in the US. It adds to Gallagher's acquisition-driven growth in the middle-market US employee benefits space.
