AIG signals M&A intent with failed $10bn Voya bid: report

AIG held discussions to buy savings and retirement company Voya Financial before disagreements over price caused talks to collapse in November, according to Bloomberg.

The move signals AIG intentios to return to M&A, a strategy previously outlined by CEO Brian Duperreault soon after he took the reins in May last year.
