AIG censures airplane-leasing CEO
AIG has drafted in one of its own non-executive directors, Laurette Koellner, to fill the new role of executive chairman at the International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) as it seeks to defuse a personnel row.
Henri Courpron, ILFC's CEO, will now report to Koellner following a review by AIG into anonymous complaints from an employee about an alleged inappropriate relationship between Courpron and another staff member he was supervising.
