Addesso climbs towards Everest Re summit
Everest Re has promoted Dominic Addesso to president in a move that will see the executive work closely with chairman and CEO Joseph Taranto.
Addesso - a former president of regional markets for Munich Re America - will temporarily retain his position as CFO of the Bermudian reinsurer as it initiates a search to fill the role.
The move for Addesso is likely to reignite speculation over the succession plan at Everest Re.
