Active underwriter Fitzgerald exits Prosight
Neil Fitzgerald, founding active underwriter of Lloyd's specialist engineering syndicate TSM 1110, has left the company a month after it was acquired by private equity-backed insurer Prosight Specialty Underwriters.
Prosight - which is backed by Goldman Sachs' private equity arm GS Capital Partners and TPG - announced in September that it had reached an agreement to buy TSM Agencies and 100 percent of the capacity rights of the syndicate.
When the deal closed on 30 November the business was rechristened...
