Brown & Brown reported top-line growth of 17.9 percent and an 11.5 percent increase in net profits as it opened the publicly quoted US broker reporting season today.
The Florida-headquartered firm reported net income of the second quarter of $42.5mn, up from $37.0mn in the prior-year period, generated on total revenues that rose from $246.8mn to $290.9mn.
