The Achilles vehicle bidding for Brit has revealed that it intends to nominate former Lloyd's CEO Nick Prettejohn as chairman of the board of the Lloyd's (re)insurer.
The Insurance Insider revealed in December that Prettejohn headed a shortlist to replace current chairman John Barton, who it was understood would step down after the completion of the £865mn+ Apollo and CVC-backed buyout.
