Achilles commits itself to keeping Brit workforce intact
Apollo-CVC consortium Achilles has pledged to keep the Brit Insurance workforce intact and made a range of other reassurances as shareholders weigh up its £888mn bid.
Achilles said in its formal offer document that it "has not identified any reason to change the location of the Brit Insurance Group's places of business or to redeploy any of its material fixed assets or to effect material changes to the workforce or their general conditions of employment".
