Ace Ltd has sued the US insurance group OneBeacon for allegedly conspiring with eight Ace employees to steal trade secrets from the firm before their "coordinated resignations".
In the complaint, filed in the US District Court of Pennsylvania on 17 August, Ace said that its entire East Coast surety department, led by Chad Anderson, quit within 16 minutes on 30 July to join competitor OneBeacon.
