Xchanging hires new London market head from rival

Capita Insurance Services managing director of commercial insurance, Max Pell, has left the UK outsourcing giant to join rival firm Xchanging.

Pell has joined the London market and international business process outsourcing firm as managing director of the insurance services (XIS) and claims services (XCS) divisions. He is taking over the roles from outgoing XIS and XCS managing director Roger Townsend, who will retire in 2010.
