Guy Carpenter completes Collins acquisition
Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter has completed its acquisition of smaller rival broker John B Collins (Collins)
The deal sees Guy Carpenter strengthen its position in the North American market and bolster its medical professional liability, agriculture, Florida property, programme and regional specialty lines of business.
