Airmic (the association of insurance and risk managers) has published its own guidelines for commercial insurance buyers in their dealings with brokers, calling for automatic, mandatory disclosure of the source and amount of any broker's remuneration.
The association's document replaces its original "questions for brokers" produced in 2004 in response to the Spitzer investigations.
