A long-running dispute between a former director of US Risk (UK)
and the firm's founder Randall Goss is progressing towards
trial in the UK High Court.
James Newell, who resigned from US Risk (UK) in 2007, claims that
US Risk Inc has breached its shareholder agreement and undervalued
his stake in the firm.
The dispute has been rumbling on since 2008 and the two sides are
currently exchanging witness statements ahead of the trial.
