Ace American received a major setback last week in a $200mn
subrogation suit against the contractors of the Kleen Energy gas
and oil-fired plant that exploded in 2010.
In a 27 September ruling, Connecticut federal judge Stefan
Underhill granted motions to dismiss brought by seven
subcontractors involved in the process that led to the fatal
explosion while the plant was being built in early February 2010.
The judge found that the subcontractors - including Bluewater
Energy, Keystone Construction, Sprague, WorleyParsons...
