Pennsylvania-based insurer Erie Indemnity has received a
complaint by the trustees of Erie Insurance Exchange alleging that
it owes $308mn of fees to the Exchange.
Erie Indemnity is the managing attorney-in-fact for policyholders at the Erie Insurance Exchange, a subscriber-owned reciprocal insurer that writes P&C business across the US.
