Xchanging unifies UK insurance business
Global business processor Xchanging plans to
restructure its UK insurance business.
The firm's distinct arms Xchanging Broking Services (XBS),
Xchanging Ins-sure Services (XIS) and Xchanging Claims Services
(XCS) will be united under the moniker, The Xchanging Insurance
Sector.
Max Pell, former managing director of XIS and XCS, will continue in
this role at the new amalgamated unit.
The move follows a group-wide review in March, which tried to
identity opportunities to improve customer experience.
