Global broker Willis has unveiled organic growth of 4 percent
for 2008, accelerating to 6 percent in Q4 but has suspended its
annual earnings guidance to shareholders because of global economic
uncertainty.
The effect of 2008's acquisition of HRH saw overall revenues
increase 10 percent to $2,834bn for the full year, boosted a
further 1 percent by the exchange rate differences, however net
income fell 25 percent to $303mn as the impact of charges totalling
$92mn for the 2008 expense...
